This department is designed to equip the trainee with relevant knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to carry out Aircraft Line Maintenance duties as an engineer. The trainees are expected to acquire various skills pertaining to engineering such as Safety Procedures and Aircraft Maintenance.

1. Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering (Telecommunication/Instrumentation)
2. Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering (Airframe/Power Plant option)
General Objectives
By the end of this module the trainee should be able to:-
- Communicate effectively at the work place
- Appreciate the use of different modes and forms of communication
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial capability
- Observe general safety and procedures in the maintenance workshop and hangar
- Perform line maintenance work on aircraft.
